Canine Physiotherapy

Treatment Prices

Initial consultation (between 1 hour and 1 hour 30)= £65

Follow up consultations (roughly 1 hour)= £50

  • Prices are inclusive of petrol

  • Payment can be made via cash, cheque or BACS

  • A 24 hour cancellation notice is required

Signs of problems which could benefit from physiotherapy include:

  • Struggling to climb up and down stairs

  • Hesitating or refusing to jump in and out the car or onto furniture

  • Reluctance to play or unwilling to exercise

  • Behavioural problems

  • Sitting/lying in an unusual position

  • Stiffness before or after exercise (or after rest)

  • Vocal expression of pain when the back is touched

  • Toe/nail dragging

  • General change in movement and/or posture

  • Loss of condition/appetite

  • Past or present lameness

  • Regular maintenance treatment or management of chronic conditions

Electrotherapies offered (all of the below are 'mobile' devices):

  • Laser therapy (class 3B) including treating acupressure points

  • Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF)

  • Neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES)

  • Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS)

  • Therapeutic Ultrasound
